Well I just read the profile on me that Jeniffer did and I see nothing wrong with it.
Her questions were varied (which is good) and she took real interest in my answers,which made me as the subject feel very comfortable.

I love that she took a real interest in your answers. Part of being a good interviewer is being a good listener, rather than looking ahead to your next question.
